Here at Socially Taylored, we’re pretty big into astrology. We even included our big three signs in our bios, which you should check out if you haven’t already. We love learning more about our sun, moon, and rising signs and how they shape and impact our lives. But have you ever wondered how your astrology chart impacts your workplace?

To help you better understand your coworkers and maximize your team’s potential, we’re diving into astrology and all things related to workplace compatibility.

What Your Sign Says About Your Work Ethic

First things first, you need to know your coworker’s chart, which is a fun way to get to know them on a deeper level. Their sun sign is their main zodiac sign, the root of who they are as a person. The Moon sign reflects their subconscious and emotions. Their rising, or ascendant sign, reveals their social personality.

Below, you’ll see what each of the signs are like in a workplace.

Aries (March 21 – April 20)

As the first sign in the zodiac, Aries are fiery, born leaders who address problems headfirst. They like to win and are creative problem solvers.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21)

In the workplace, a Taurus brings warm energy and is very reliable and punctual. They are also very loyal to their team and desire long-term careers.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21)

Geminis are very social and are great at communicating with their co-workers. They are adaptable, self-expressive, and bring a lot of energy to the table.

Cancer (June 22 – July 22)

As a water sign, Cancers are very loving, emotional, and intuitive. They can trust their gut in their workplace and are excellent team players.

Leo (July 23 – August 21)

The lion zodiac sign is prideful, generous, and full of enthusiasm for their work. Leos make great leaders and educators and thrive in collaborative workplaces.

Virgo (August 22 – September 23)

Virgos are diligent, smart, and sometimes shy as workers. They’re known for being overly critical and harsh on themselves, because of the high standards they set for themselves.

Libra (September 24 – October 23)

In the workplace, Libra’s always deliver on what’s asked of them and are very charming. They like to socialize, are very easy to talk to, and love to help others.

Scorpio (October 24 – November 22)

This water sign is full of passion, and commitment. Scorpios always follow through on goals and deadlines because of their admirable drive.

Sagittarius (November 23 – December 22)

You can usually tell if someone in your office is a Sagittarius because they are the life of the party. They are optimistic, honest, and full of new ideas.

Capricorn (December 23 – January 20)

Capricorns are very patient and understanding people who work well under pressure. These signs are ambitious but can also be reserved in the workplace.

Aquarius (January 21 – February 19)

These signs love to learn as they have very curious minds. Aquarians are incredibly hard workers in addition to being friendly, forward-thinkers, and very loyal.

Pisces (February 20 – March 20)

As the last sign of the zodiac, Pisces are very empathetic and aware of how their coworkers are feeling. They are known for being compassionate, intuitive, and imaginative.

How to Use Astrology to Your Advantage in the Workplace

Now that you have a better understanding of your coworker’s or team’s strengths based on their astrology chart, you can use this to your advantage. Knowing which zodiac signs work well together is a secret to a successful team.

If you need two people to tackle an important and creative project, you can trust Aires and Aquarius to bring out the best in each other and put their all into any assignment. Or if you need help with brainstorming, pull in your Gemini and Sagittarius coworkers for their humor and outside-the-box thinking.
